Is Elon Musk An Anarchist?

Musk: “I’m Kind Of Pro-Anarchist”

During an event by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Musk talked about how one could improve democracy:

A 60% majority would needed to make a law and a 40% minority would be needed to remove a law. Furthermore any law would need an expiry date.

Musk finished his idea of a "recompiled" democracy: "That sounds sort of anarchist I suppose. I'm kind of pro anarchist."

Reactions by the anarcho-capitalist community on reddit:

On a Reddit page one viewer started speculating:

"I feel like, with some education, he could become an anarchist. He's a really smart guy, any probably just hasn't looked into what we know.
Another theory of mine, is that he is a full blown anarchist, but was just uncomfortable sharing that with the audience. You can sense the uncomfortability as he was talking about that 60% 40% thing, and it seemed like he just made those numbers up on the spot, anyway." (GoPlayTagPro)

One commentator was inspired:

"This inspired me to think of a new way to get to an ancap society via the route of direct democracy. I think a new strategy for change may have been born.
Essentially, if you set up the conditions correctly, you can create a system that will inevitably result in totally decentralized democracy, aka decentralized law." (Anen-o-me)

One commentator perceived Musk's statement as hypocritical:

"My companies are receiving a few billion dollars of subsidies but you know, i'm kind of an anarchist." (Computer_Barf)
